Healing is used for relieving stress and tension that you may be holding in your body. Once you are able to relax into the healing you will be able to access your own healing intelligence. Healing works on a spiritual, emotional and physical level. You can have a choice of Reiki, Shamanic Healing or the energy medicine 5 Awakenings sequence (please see Cathy’s website for more information).

Meditation can be extremely good for helping anyone who is suffering from stress and who wants to have a more balanced and peaceful life.
